Patented Waterproofing System

Miller Miller Mac, Florida, Inc. has installed our own state of the art on site testing lab. We test our randomly taken Firm Fill™ gypsum cubes per ASTM designation C 472-99. Compressive strength, density and dry weight are known within several days of the of the actual application. We want to insure our customers that the quality they paid is the quality they receive.

Test Lab Equipment and Instruments

Drying Oven
Used to dry Gypsum  cubes prior to putting them into Desiccator. Also used for drying sand.
Temperature must be held at 115 degrees for Gypsum cubes and 230 degrees for Sand.

Vicat Apparatus
This is used to determine the volume of water for mixing Gypsum.
Triple beam measuring scale.

Compression Tester, is used to determine compressive strengths (PSI) from samples taken from the job site. This test confirms meeting or exceeding job specifications. Sand Sieve Shaker, this is used to measure the gradation and particle size of the sand used in mixing with Gypsum. Ranging from a #4  sieve largest particle size to a
# 100 sieve smallest particle size
