Seal™ is a peel and stick SBS modified asphalt
waterproofing sheet membrane. Deck Seal™ has been designed and developed to
Miller Miller Mac's specifications for waterproofing exterior and interior
wood, concrete decks, balconies and breezeways. This waterproofing membrane incorporates
durable fabric reinforcement for added strength and puncture resistance.
Miller Miller Mac's patented waterproofing system has been applied on commercial,
multifamily and residential building as a proven waterproofing method to prevent water
intrusion. |
The installation of our
patented waterproofing system on
elevated decks, balconies and
breezeways with a concrete topping is one of the services we offer. This
system is a stand alone deck which can perform as the finished surface or as
a base for tile installation. The concrete has a compressive strength of
3000 P.S.I. Moisture entering the concrete is unable to penetrate the
substrate due to the installation of our patented waterproofing system. |

Rub-R-Wall Airtight™ is a single component liquid applied copolymer rubber
air barrier membrane. Rub-R-Wall Airtight™ cures to form a flexible seamless
100% rubber membrane which provides excellent resistance to air and vapor
transmission. Rub-R-Wall Airtight™ is designed in conjunction with all
sections of the building envelope to provide a continuous airtight system. |
Rub-R-Wall™ is a single component liquid applied waterproofing copolymer
that cures to a 100% elastomeric rubber membrane. This application insures a
dry moisture proof below grade concrete block or poured foundation wall. |
